DANNY LOVELOCK Actor - Musician - Writer

 Danny began his career in music as the frontman (guitar and vocals) and principal songwriter of the Okanagan pop-punk bandHead First at the tender age of 14. By the age of 24, Danny had fronted several significant Okanagan rock bands, but he is most noted for his 2009 solo LP “Lost for Words” (available on iTunes). In 2012, he formed the rising Vancouver blues-punk-rock band Marry Me with his spouse, Natalee Fera. As the principal writer, frontman, co-lead vocalist, and guitar player, Marry Me has recorded two EP's and a full-length album, played all over North America, and they regularly tour all over British Columbia and Alberta. Marry Me has appeared on CTV Morning Live twice, most notably performing their hit Christmas single “Secret Santa” on Christmas Eve 2014.

In 2008, Danny made his television debut on Slice TV's Chop Shop; his two episodes featured music from his solo album Lost For Words. Danny was featured all over British television in a commercial for Intel UK in December 2015.

Danny holds a certificate in Audio and Visual Engineering from Pacific Audio Visual Institute (PAVI). As a filmmaker (director, cinematographer, and editor), Danny has received much success in creating music videos for Marry Me; the official videos for “Ignite” and “Secret Santa” have been featured on Shaw Television and CTV.
